Experienced Warranty Cancellation Clerk

Team Gillman is a fast-growing dealership in Texas, and we are currently looking for a Warranty Cancellation Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products
  • Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements
  • Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process
  • Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders
  • Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations
  • Other duties that may be assigned

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system
