Experienced Warranty Administrator

Team Gillman is a fast-growing dealership in Texas, and we are currently looking for a Warranty Administrator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit repair orders to ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare and process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Submit claims quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up on warranty rejections and resolve the issue in a timely manner
  • Submit extended warranty claims
  • Post all warranty payments as received and address any discrepancies
  • Maintain the warranty schedule
  • Assist service advisors and technicians with any warranty questions
  • Assist with warranty audits

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior dealership experience as a Service Warranty Clerk is a MUST.
