Internet Director

Are you a versatile, tech-savvy automotive sales professional comfortable in a high-volume, Internet-driven environment? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! Our dealership is currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven leader to develop, implement and administer our e-commerce department.  

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Hire, coach, train, counsel and monitor the performance of business development representatives and Internet Sales Team in order to assure top performance
  • Work alongside Executive and department managers to oversee appointment setting processes
  • Manage and Execute outbound internet phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management
  • Full oversight and management of BDC department and Internet Sales Team
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, mentor and motivate a team
  • One on one daily/weekly/monthly training required
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
  • Must have DMS/CRM experience
  • Must be able to assist in live TO with team
  • Must have exceptional leadership experience
  • Must be detail oriented with a great amount of organizational skills
