F&I Manager

This is an incredible opportunity for a bilingual professional who has Reynolds and Reynolds experience and is excited by automotive fiance & insurance and passionate about customer service. We are currently seeking an F&I manager to join our amazing team. We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, and clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale. 

Summary

Selling Finance and Insurance products to vehicle purchasers.

Core Duties

  • Sell F&I Products AND Must menu sell. Training available.
  • Participate in consistent training program.
  • Complete customer paperwork.
  • Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
  • Ensure Federal and State compliance when dealing with customers and their private information.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years F&I Management experience
  • bilingual English and Spanish
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience

Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Ignite (Reynolds Reynolds) experience preferred, IOS / Apple products and platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of F&I Best Practices required
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to make presentations to customers

Certificates and Licenses

  • AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required
