Experienced Bilingual Sales Professional – Automotive

Mazda is currently looking for highly motivated, professional and customer focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join our successful and growing team.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants who are not fully bilingual will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Sales experience preferred, automotive experience a plus
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver license with minimum of 3 years clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process in both English and Spanish
• Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Deliver a superior customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
