Are you a versatile, tech-savvy parts pro comfortable in a high-volume, Internet-driven sales environment? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! Our dealership is currently seeking highly motivated, results-driven Internet-focused parts specialist to help develop, implement and administer our e-commerce platform while responding to parts leads and information requests generated through the dealership’s website. 

Job Responsibilities:

 To run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operation to boost site traffic and generate sales. The e-store specialist should work closely with members of the parts team to execute e-marketing strategies.

  • Create and propose online shop business plans
  • Process daily orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions. Consult with management as needed. 
  • Communicate e-marketing plans and ideas in cooperation with other team members and management
  • Use different e-marketing channels such as social media (Facebook/Twitter) and search engine optimization
  • Monitor loss prevention 
  • Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical
  • inventories, price changes, etc.
  • Manage speed of service results, control inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service.
  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for shipping

 To Qualify for this Position:

 Education and Training Requirements: An online store specialist does not necessarily have to have a bachelor’s degree, but must at least be skilled in the computer as well as the internet and SEO.

  • At least 1 year work experience in similar position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Strong experience in store operation management and customer service
  • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing
  • Experience in retail
