Team Gillman Honda is looking for a New/Used Car Sales Manager. This position plays a key role of our management team, the ideal candidate is well-informed and extremely knowledgeable on vehicle selection, performance, accessories, including but not limited to, safety, features and functions, and financing options associated with our new/used inventory. You will also be expected to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department at our Honda dealership. Your primary objective will be to motivate, mentor, inspire team success and lead our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to foster a cohesive and customer-centric dealership environment. You must be accountability driven, have great critical thinking skills and be able to encourage the growth and development of your team.
