Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Wholesale Clerk.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of titles, accounting entries related to wholesales and payoffs.

Job Responsibilities

• Payoff trade-in vehicles
• Prepare trade-in and KBB vehicle jackets
• Prepare KBB purchases
• Prepare wholesales
• Process wholesale titles
• Manage and maintain schedules for wholesales and payoffs
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Perform work in conformance with all legal requirements regarding titles and other legal documents
• Conform to the company's policies on non-discrimination and harassment, and work in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel
• Maintain professional demeanor while on the job.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
