We’re currently seeking a **bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BDC Agent to join our high-performing Volkswagen team.

Position Summary 

As a BDC Agent, you will represent Team Gillman Volkswagen as the first point of contact, handling customer communication to schedule appointments and drive dealership traffic. This role involves frequent interaction via phone, email, and text, making fluency in Spanish and English essential.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for service and sales appointments
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Follow up with prospective and current customers
• Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Qualifications 

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or dealership setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong computer and typing skills
