Paintless Dent Repair Technician

We are looking for a Paintless Dent Repair Technician responsible for performing high-quality dent repairs on customer vehicles using specialized PDR tools and techniques. This role requires precision, patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction. The PDR Technician works closely with the service and body shop teams to ensure repairs meet dealership or shop standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repairs on all makes and models without damaging the vehicle’s original paint.
• Use PDR tools, lighting systems, glue pulling equipment, and rods to restore panels to OEM condition.
• Remove and reinstall interior trim, headlights, taillights, or components as needed for repair access.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
