Job Requirements:

• Greet customers in service
• Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in and scheduled customers in the Service Area
• Answer phones
• Help the Advisors in writing up customer tickets
• Place Customers in Loaner vehicles
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
• Warranty Clerk Experience a PLUS 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience required; preferably Acura Sales experience (but not required)
• Must be able to provide references
