Title Clerk – Team Gillman Automotive Group

We are currently seeking an experienced Title Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process title work for new and used vehicle sales
  • Follow up on outstanding titles
  • Post and process title work for wholesale units
  • Review and work license TT&L schedules
  • Post and process Dealer Trades
  • Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements and Experience

  • Prior experience as a Title Clerk is preferred
  • Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
