Title Clerk – Team Gillman Automotive Group

We are currently seeking an experienced Title Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

Process title work for new and used vehicle sales
Follow up on outstanding titles
Post and process title work for wholesale units
Review and work license TT&L schedules
Post and process Dealer Trades
Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements and Experience

Prior experience as a Title Clerk is preferred
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
