Staff Accountant – Team Gillman

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

F&I Product Reconciliations
Sales, Battery, VIT, & Rental Tax
Perform Manufacturer Parts Reconciliations
Perform Bank Reconciliations
Perform Pay pal Reconciliation
Intercompany Reconciliation
Credit Card Bank Reconciliation
Training/Cross-training new employees
Back up all accounting clerks as needed
Asset keeper
Post and collect returned checks
Post EFT/ACH Fundings
Process Credit Card Discrepancies
Perform LIFO Calculations
Perform Unclaimed Property Filings
Assist in EOM Closing Process
Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a dealership position (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
